Welcome to Rewire Academy. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, programs, and services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Company" refers to Rewire Education Pvt. Ltd.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses or uses our Services.
• "Program" refers to any educational course, workshop, or training offered by the Company.
• "Content" refers to all materials, resources, videos, documents, and intellectual property provided during a Program.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in our Programs. By enrolling, you represent that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

For students under 18, enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on behalf of the minor.

3. Program Enrollment

3.1 Registration

To enroll in a Program, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or approved EMI arrangement.

3.2 Free Mastermind

Our free 3-hour mastermind sessions are offered at our discretion. We reserve the right to limit attendance, modify schedules, or cancel sessions with reasonable notice.

3.3 Specialist Program Application

The Specialist program requires an application and interview. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the Company. We accept approximately 1 in 3 applicants based on experience, motivation, and program fit.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST invoices are provided for all payments.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Razorpay EMI. Payment must be received before program commencement unless an installment plan is approved.

4.3 EMI

EMI options are provided through our payment partner (Razorpay). EMI availability depends on your credit card issuer's terms. The Company is not responsible for EMI approval decisions made by banks.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund: Within 7 days of program start, no questions asked
• Partial refund (50%): Between 8-14 days of program start
• No refund: After 14 days from program start
• Free mastermind: No fees, so no refunds applicable

To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email within the eligible period. Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All course materials, videos, documents, code, and resources provided during Programs are the exclusive property of Rewire Education Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal learning only.

6.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or sell course materials to third parties
• Record or transcribe live sessions without written permission
• Use our content for commercial training or competing services
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks from materials

6.3 Your Projects

You retain ownership of projects and code you create during the Program. We may request permission to showcase your projects for marketing purposes, which you may decline.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Attend sessions punctually and participate actively
• Complete assignments and projects honestly
• Not engage in plagiarism or academic dishonesty
• Not disrupt sessions or harass others

Violation of this code may result in removal from the Program without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes or salary increases
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific Program
• We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our reasonable control

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
