We are confident in the quality of our programs. If you're not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 7 days of program start — no questions asked. No hoops, no hard feelings.
1. Refund Eligibility

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact us via email at hello@rewirebharat.com or request WhatsApp support
- Provide your registered email address and program name
- Submit the request within the eligible time period
- Include your UPI ID or bank account details for refund transfer
3. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are processed within 5 business days of approval
- Funds are transferred to the original payment method or provided UPI/bank account
- EMI cancellations are coordinated with our payment partner (Razorpay) and may take 10-14 business days to reflect
- GST component is refunded proportionally with the program fee
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Third-party tool subscriptions purchased during the program
- Certificate processing fees (if applicable)
- Corporate bulk enrollment fees (covered under separate agreement)
5. Program Transfers
If you cannot attend your enrolled batch, you may request a one-time transfer to a future batch at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the current batch start date. Batch transfers are subject to seat availability.
6. Program Cancellation by Rewire
In the rare event that we cancel a program:
- You will receive a full refund of all fees paid
- Alternatively, you may transfer to a future batch with priority seating
- We will notify you at least 7 days in advance via WhatsApp and email
7. Special Circumstances
We understand that life happens. In cases of:
- Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
- Family emergencies
- Job relocation to a different city
We may, at our sole discretion, offer extended refund eligibility or batch transfer options beyond the standard policy.
